Cunha could be a very good signing for United, having been described as sensational by ex-City defender Micah Richards.
He said on BBC: "His football IQ is absolutely sensational. He's the one who can unlock the doors. He finds the little pockets of space and makes the right decisions at the right times.
"He's always scanning where he needs to be and always plays the right pass. He is so key in what Wolves are trying to do. He is the best at everything. Off the ball, he can do a little bit more - but on the ball, he is certainly the main man in this team."

Cunha could miss games for Wolves in the near future after being charged with misconduct by the FA on the back of an altercation with a member of Ipswich Town staff. The Brazilian was filmed pushing the memeber of staff, which knocked his glasses off.
What has Matheus Cunha said about his future?
Speaking to the Wolves website recently, Cunha stated that it feels like home to be playing for the club.
He said: "I feel like it’s my home. I feel the admiration of the fans, and this is something that I never believed I would get when I first came here, to a small city in England, which is completely different from my hometown – but now I feel like I’m at home.

"The fans are unbelievable with me, with my family, and I have only great things to say about my team-mates. But to go to the stadium and to perform for them is like I feel at home."
Cunha added: "I feel like I want to do everything I can to change the situation, because when you play with a little bit more passion, not as if it was just my work, then I think you put in a little bit more things that can change it."
