Jose Mourinho is back on the managerial market again after departing Serie A side Roma - but the Special One could indeed remain in Italy after reports suggested he is set for talks over a new job.
The 60-year-old recently left the Stadio Olimpico side after three years in the Italian capital, during which time he won the UEFA Europa Conference League.
Moruinho's contract at Roma was due to expire this summer, but the Portuguese has departed the Italian side early after two-and-a-half years, being replaced by club legend and retired midfielder Daniele De Rossi on a deal until the end of the current season.
The former Chelsea, Manchester United and Real Madrid boss gave a tearful goodbye to the Rome club as fans thanked him for his contribution since joining in 2021, after his departure from Tottenham Hotspur.

Outlining Mourinho's departure from the club, a Roma statement read: "We would like to thank Jose on behalf of all of us at AS Roma for his passion and efforts since his arrival at the club.
"We will always have great memories of his tenure at Roma, but we believe that an immediate change is in the best interests of the club.
"We wish Jose and his assistants all the best in their future endeavours."

Mourinho is one of the greatest coaches in the history of the game thanks to his trophy record which stands up with many.
He has won the Champions League with two different clubs in the form of Porto and Inter Milan, and claimed league titles in both England and Spain with Chelsea and Real Madrid respectively, as well as silverware with United and Roma.
Mourinho will receive about £3m in compensation from the club following the sixth sacking of his career, taking his career earnings from pay-offs to over £85m.
The Portuguese is now free to accept a role at another club - and it appears he could be in line to stay in Italy and potentially move to one of Roma's Serie A rivals.

According to The Times, Mourinho is set to have talks with Napoli, who are the current Italian champions after claiming the crown last season for the first time in more than three decades.
Walter Mazzarri is currently the main in charge at Napoli, after he replaced Rudi Garcia in November, and signed a deal until the end of the season.
However, with Napoli ninth in the table and below Roma now in the Serie A standings, the Southern Italian club's owner Aurelio De Laurentiis appears to now want Mourinho in charge at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.
The Special One might well be back in a job sooner rather than later.
