Jose Mourinho's latest sacking has taken his career earnings from compensation payments to an eye-watering sum.
On Tuesday Mourinho was sacked by Roma after overseeing a disappointing first half of the season.
The final straw was a 3-1 defeat to AC Milan on Sunday, just days after Roma were dumped out of the Coppa Italia by arch-rivals Lazio. He has been replaced by former Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi.

The Serie A side find themselves ninth in the table, although they are just five points off the top four.
Mourinho guided Roma to victory in the UEFA Europa Conference League in his first season in charge, but as has been the case previously in his career, things fell apart during his third season in the dugout.
Roma co-owners Dan and Ryan Friedkin said: "We will always have great memories of his tenure at Roma, but we believe that an immediate change is in the best interests of the club. We wish Jose and his assistants all the best in their future endeavours."

This is the sixth time in his career that Mourinho has been sacked, and on each occasion he has earned some pretty hefty pay-offs.
Mourinho cemented himself as a top coach with his first spell in charge at Chelsea, where he won two Premier League titles. Despite being a fan favourite, his relationship with then-owner Roman Abramovich broke down and he received a £18 million.
After winning the treble with Inter Milan, Mourinho jumped ship to Real Madrid. After some initial success, Florentino Perez sacked the Portuguese coach at a cost of £17 million.

Mourinho's second spell at Chelsea saw the club win the Premier League title in 2014/15, but again he was sacked and received a pay-out of £12.5 million. In total, Mourinho's has received £30.5 million from Chelsea in compensation.
The Special One's next stop was Old Trafford. An impressive first season saw United win the Europa League, but after a dismal start to his third campaign the Glazers forked out £17 million to sack him.
Three years later he received £18 million from Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy after just 17 months in the job.
With his Roma contract due to expire at the end of the season, Mourinho will only receive around £3 million in compensation.
