Steven Gerrard is set to part ways with Al Ettifaq, with his Saudi Arabia departure to be announced imminently.
Gerrard was appointed Al Ettifaq manager in the summer of 2023 and has taken charge of 59 games.
But his position at the club is coming to an end, according to widespread reports.

It's believed that Gerrard has asked to leave the club due to 'personal reasons'.
Al Ettifaq are respectful of his request and are finalising an exit package.
The Liverpool legend will be walking away from a staggering £15 million-a-year contract, having signed an extension last year.

Fabrizio Romano claims the 44-year-old is set to part ways with Al Ettifaq, with a mutual agreement set to be completed.
And talkSPORT state that he is poised to depart the Saudi Pro League side, with his exit to be announced imminently.
However, it is believed that this isn't the end of his relationship with Saudi Arabia as he could be open to a role in football development in the Middle East.
Gerrard's assistant manager Michael Beale, who only joined the club in November, is also set to follow him out of the door.

Beale linked up with him following his Sunderland dismissal.
Gerrard leaves the third club of his senior management career, having started with Liverpool's youth team.
From there, he was appointed Rangers manager, leading the Scottish team to Premiership glory in the 2020/21 season.

He then earned himself a move to the Premier League with Aston Villa.
But he spent less than a year at Villa Park and was relieved of his duties in October 2022 after they won just two of their first 12 league matches of the season.
