Napoli players laughed at Romelu Lukaku after he failed to control the ball properly in their 1-0 defeat to Inter Milan on Wednesday.
Edin Dzeko scored the only goal of the game in the second half to condemn Napoli to their first defeat of the season.
They still sit five points clear at the top of Serie A, although how Luciano Spaletti's side deals with a domestic setback remains to be seen.

It was a tight game, with Inter scoring from their only shot on target across 90 minutes. Despite the loss, Napoli forward Giovanni Simeone managed to find a moment of solace in Lukaku's misfortunes.
The Belgium international is having a wretched time back on loan at the San Siro from Chelsea. Injury has limited him to five starts in Serie A, although he lined up alongside Dzeko against Napoli.
Matteo Darmian attempted to play a quick pass to Lukaku in the first half to kickstart an attack. It had some force behind it but nothing out of the ordinary.

Lukaku tried to take the ball with his left foot, watching it bounce off and bobble out of play. He dropped his shoulders in a huff, knowing the clip would do the rounds on social media.
Cameras immediately panned to Simeone on the bench, who couldn't help but let out a massive smile.
Fans online have had their say, even claiming they feel sorry for Lukaku.

Lukaku is keen to stay at Inter, who he won Serie A with in 2021 before returning to the Premier League.
The 29-year-old outlined his future plans during a recent interview with Sky Sport Italia, stating he wants to finish his career back in Belgium with Anderlecht.
"Everyone knows what I want. Right now I have to do whatever is necessary with the team to make Inter win and then we can talk to Chelsea," he said.

"The idea is to finish [my career] with [boyhood club] Anderlecht. I'm [nearly] 30 years old, my son started school here and plays in the Inter academy. I'm fine, Inter always has ambition to keep growing.
"I want to stay here and do things right. I hope to do well with Inter in the next six months, work to the maximum and then at the end we talk to Chelsea and hope to find a solution."
