Rayan Cherki produced a stunningly bad Panenka in Lyon's penalty shootout defeat to Arsenal on Thursday.
The Gunners beat Lyon 3-0 in the first of their Dubai Super Cup fixtures, thanks to goals from Gabriel Magalhaes, Eddie Nketiah and Fabio Vieira, who scored a stunning goal.
The game was played under special rules, with the match going to a penalty shootout despite Arsenal's 3-0 win in normal time.

Mikel Arteta's team claimed an extra point after winning the shootout 2-1. But it was largely down to Lyon's awful penalties, including Cherki's abysmal Panenka.
The 19-year-old walked up and tried to dink the ball into the back of the net. However, 20-year-old Karl Hein had other ideas and didn't move until the player struck the ball.
His decision paid off as he simply caught the ball, making a fool of the Lyon attacker.

Needless to say, Cherki's failed Panenka sent social media wild.
One Twitter user wrote: "Cherki with a laughably bad Panenka attempt at the end of the shootout for Lyon."
A second tweeted: "Hein saves a horrid Panenka from Cherki and Arsenal win the bonus point!"
A third added: "Even if the keeper dived there, the hang time is enough to even get back up."

A fourth commented: "The worst penalty attempt I've ever seen by Cherki."
Another said: "Bro thought he was Hakimi."
Speaking after his side's penalty shootout victory, Hein said: "Yeah, absolutely. We don't get penalty shootouts often so I think it's a really, really good idea from the tournament to implement that penalty shootout.

"So yeah, I think it was a great experience. A bit of a different scenario with the penalty shootout. We managed to win so everything is good."
A Panenka isn't for everyone, unless your name is Achraf Hakimi, of course. He pulled off an outrageous Panenka penalty in Morocco's triumphant shootout victory over Spain to dump them out of the World Cup.
When it comes off, it looks incredible. But, when it doesn't, it looks very, very bad.
