Controversial midfielder Ravel Morrison is said to have owned three cars during his controversial football career, but one of his ex-Birmingham City teammates has recently revealed the football star didn’t actually know how to drive.
Whether you revere or revile him personally, you cannot deny that in his heyday, Morrison had the potential to become one of the greats.
The Wythenshawe-born baller began his career at Manchester United before joining West Ham and then got used to being loaned out to the likes of Cardiff City, Queens Park Rangers and Birmingham City.

A decade after departing from United, the 30-year-old thought he had finally found a home at Wayne Rooney’s D.C. United — but recently it's been said that Ravel has been cut by the MLS team’s head coach.
Now one of his former Birmingham City teammates has opened up about the season he spent on loan at the Midlands club in 2012-2013.
Appearing on the award-winning Undr The Cosh football podcast, current Hereford manager Paul Caddis said that Morrison “just came with an entourage, a massive entourage.”

He also revealed that despite owning three flashy cars, Morrison really 'couldn’t drive'.
“He couldn’t drive, but he had f***ing three cars. They were just full of people, full of people,” he said.

“Never seen anything like this on a training ground in my life," he added. "Unbelievable. I can now understand why [Sir] Alex Ferguson and all that were buzzing off him. In training, it was as if he had glue. I know people say that all the time but he was a joke.
“He could see things that people couldn’t see, he could make passes, he could dribble, he could f***ing go and get the ball back. It was a joke, absolutely unbelievable to watch,” he said.
Elsewhere in the conversation, Caddis recalled the time where then-Birmingham assistant manager, Terry McDermott told the players that Morrison wasn’t allowed to leave the training pitch.

“I remember one day, Terry McDermott - what a guy Tel was - he came up,” he said. “‘Right, Ravel can’t leave the training ground. The police are here for him.’
“Something had happened at home or something. Tel’s come up, said that, and then in the same sentence went ‘there’s a hole up in that fence up there if you wanna’ go son’.”
Despite sitting idle with his entourage in his three cars, Morrison made 27 appearances for Birmingham during his spell on loan and scored three goals.
