Paris Saint-Germain have made Kylian Mbappe a huge contract offer which would see the France international become the highest-paid player in world football.
According to The Independent, PSG have offered Mbappe a basic salary 'far in excess of £500,000' a week and 'closer to £1m a week'.
It is said to be 'by far the biggest' contract offer in the history of football.
The French club are desperate to keep hold on their prize asset, who is out of contract at the end of the season and could leave on a free transfer.

Mbappe underlined his importance to PSG with a brilliant winner on Tuesday as they beat Real Madrid 1-0 in the first leg of their Champions League last 16 tie at the Parc des Princes.
The 23-year-old has been strongly linked with a summer move to Madrid, who had a series of bids turned down for Mbappe before the start of this season.
According to the report, several members of Mbappe’s family and entourage had scheduled meetings with PSG on Wednesday, the day after his match-winning performance.

During the meetings, the 'staleness' of Madrid compared to PSG was remarked upon.
It comes after reports in Spain claimed that Madrid president Florentino Perez was left ‘furious’ with the club’s performance in the first leg and is considering sacking head coach Carlo Ancelotti.
Perez is hopeful Mbappe will choose to move to Madrid at the end of the season but the Spanish giants could struggle to match PSG's huge contract offer.
Mbappe is yet to make a decision over his future but his camp are said to be 'receptive to considering PSG's offer'.

Mbappe’s situation could also have a knock on effect for other potential transfers, including the future of Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
PSG were reportedly willing to offer Pogba up to £500,000 a week to join them on a free transfer at the end of the season, with the club keen to have a French player at the centre of their team.
However, Pogba will no longer be needed for this role if Mbappe chooses to remain at the club.
