PSG have identified their key target for this summer and have already begun talks with the player's agent over the move.
The Ligue 1 leaders are expected to lose Kylian Mbappe in June, with the forward's contract coming to an end and a move to Real Madrid has long been expected for the World Cup winner.
Despite the fact they won't bring any transfer funds in from Mbappe, PSG should still have plenty of money to spend from freeing up the forward's hefty wages.
It could be a big summer overhaul at the Parc des Princes, with manager Mauricio Pochettino expected to follow Mbappe out of the club to be replaced by Zinedine Zidane.
And Zidane might not be the only high profile Frenchman coming in, with L'Equipe claiming that Manchester United's Paul Pogba is PSG's 'key' transfer target.
The paper claims that the club's sporting director Leonardo has already spoken to the player's agent Mino Raiola about a move to the French capital.
Raiola isn't the only agent with a player out of contract this summer that Leonardo has allegedly spoken to, with Ousmane Dembele's agent Misso Sissoko caught on the phone with the PSG transfer chief.
Pogba, like Mbappe, is out of contract in the summer and isn't expected to renew to extend his second spell at Old Trafford, meaning United could lose him for no transfer fee for the second time in his career.
Raiola is free to talk to clubs outside of England already and Pogba can sign a pre contract agreement already, but Paris might not be his only option.
Real Madrid have also been linked with a move for the former Juventus player in the past, as have his former side Juventus, who nabbed him on a free from United in 2012.
The 28-year-old's last appearance for the Premier League side came in early November, in a 2-2 draw with Atalanta in the Champions League, and he's been injured since.
During his absence, United sacked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and replaced him with Ralf Rangnick until the end of the season, and the interim boss has claimed he won't try to persuade the midfielder to stay at the club.
There had been claims that United were willing to make the World Cup winner the best paid player in Premier League history in order to keep him at the club, however the claims were rebuffed by the player's camp.
