The Deadline for Premier League clubs to make their final summer signings ended at 11 pm on Friday, but there are still some players available.
Here are the most valuable free agents Premier League clubs could STILL sign following the transfer deadline according to Transfermarkt.
Adrien Rabiot (Midfielder)- £29.5 million
Advert
According to the site, Rabiot is the most valuable free agent in football right now following his release from Juventus in the summer after five seasons at the club. The Frenchman has often been linked to the Premier League throughout his time in Italy, with Man Utd and Liverpool interested in the past. Still only 29, the midfielder could be a huge coup, but will likely command a significant wage.
Mario Hermoso (Defender)- £21 million
Next up is former Atletico Madrid defender Hermoso who made 174 appearances for the Spanish side scoring an impressive 10 goals for Diego Simeone's side. Hermoso would be an excellent option for a Premier League side due to his versatility, having played as both a central defender and a left-sided full-back.
Andre Gomes (Midfielder)- £8.42 million
Advert
Andre Gomes also became a free agent this summer after five seasons at Everton. The Portuguese midfielder saw his career trajectory halted following a very serious ankle injury in 2019. After returning to action in 2020, Gomes found it difficult to become a regular starter for the Toffees and enjoyed a fairly successful loan spell at Lille in 22/23. Gomes scored twice for Everton last season.
Memphis Depay (Attacker)- £8.42 million
It's rather surprising to see a player of Memphis' quality still without a club heading into September, but that's the situation the Dutch international faces. The attacker is being heavily linked with a move to Sevilla meaning Premier League clubs may have to move sooner rather than later for the 30-year-old's services.
Anthony Martial (Attacker)- £8.42 million
Advert
From Man Utd's next superstar to surplus to requirements, it's been a significant turn of fortunes for the career of Anthony Martial. The French forward still finds himself without a club after leaving Old Trafford in the summer and still aged just 28, he could end up being a blinder of a signing for a smaller Premier League club.
Yusuf Yazıcı (Attacking midfielder)- £8.42 million
27-year-old Yazıcı could also be a good option for a Premier League side following his Lille contract expiring. Since becoming a free agent in the summer the Turkish midfielder has been tipped to make a move to AC Milan, but nothing has materialised as of yet.

Wissam Ben Yedder (Attacker)- £6.74 million
He used to be in every single FIFA player's Ultimate Team but now Wissam Ben Yedder is in nobody's squad. After joining AS Monaco in 2019, Ben Yedder played 164 games scoring 98 league goals for the Ligue 1 side. It's long been said that in order to stay in the Premier League you need a striker who is going to get you 15 goals a season, and on a free transfer he could be a no-brainer for a Premier League side.
Joel Matip (Defender)- £6.74 million
After leaving Liverpool alongside Jurgen Klopp in 23/24, Matip is yet to find his next club, and his experience in the league could end up being extremely valuable for a Premier League club. However, having missed the majority of last campaign through injury clubs may view him as a potential risk.

Anton Miranchuk (Attacking Midfield)- £5 million
Russian international Anton Miranchuk is also without a club after 11 years at Lokomotiv Moscow. The attacking midfielder has 29 caps for Russia since making his debut in 2017, scoring seven goals. While his lack of experience at the top level may put off Premier League clubs. He is certainly the kind of profile many sides would benefit from.
Rick Karsdorp (Defender)- £4.2 million
Dutch full-back Karsdorp has also become recently available on a free transfer following the termination of his contract with Roma on Thursday. The 29-year-old has battled with injuries throughout his career which could put off potential suitors, but on a free transfer, he could certainly be worth a punt.
