Nottingham Forest could be in big trouble with the Premier League after an astonishing post which appeared to question the integrity of the officials.
Nuno Espirito Santo's side lost 2-0 in the relegation six-pointer against Everton, with Idrissa Gueye and Dwight McNeil on target in a massive win for the Toffees.
Forest are just point above 18th placed Luton Town after the defeat for the club's social media admin has caused a serious stir.

Over on X, the club's official account bemoaned three penalties not being awarded - with all of the incidents involving veteran full-back Ashley Young.
They went on to claim that Stuart Attwell, the official on VAR, supports relegation rivals Luton and hinted at bias.
The post read: "Three extremely poor decisions - three penalties not given - which we simply cannot accept.

"We warned the PGMOL that the VAR is a Luton fan before the game but they didn’t change him. Our patience has been tested multiple times. "
Forest have been on the receiving end of a points deduction for financial breaches but they will surely feel the wrath of the FA, who say they are investigating the tweet.
The East Midlands club have been furious with a slew of decisions which they believe have gone against them this season.

Following Willy Bolly's controversial dismissal against Bournemouth in December, the club reportedly lodged an official complaint and demanded that Rob Jones be banned from refereeing their games.
The latest actions online prompted a damning response from Jamie Carragher, who scolded Forest's conduct.
Speaking on Sky Sports, he said: "I get the frustrations, but that rubbish about the VAR is a Luton fan? You can't get involved in that.

"You've got to show a little bit of class if you are a football club. I get it, the frustration, the officials have had an awful day, terrible. But you can't get involved in that. It's nonsense!"
