Newcastle United are reportedly interested in signing Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin during the January transfer window - which has infuriated supporters.
The Magpies sit seventh in the Premier League table and are in the middle of an injury crisis.
A whopping 10 players are missing for Saturday's game with Chelsea, including striker Callum Wilson.

Wilson will be out until near Christmas after suffering a hamstring injury against Borussia Dortmund earlier this month.
Eddie Howe will have Alexander Isak back in contention, although the club are aware they could be left short up top.
Per TeamTALK, there's a 'good chance' a new forward arrives at St. James' Park in January and Calvert-Lewin is on the shortlist.

The 26-year-old is heading into the final 18 months of his Everton contract and the club are currently in the relegation zone following a 10-point deduction.
Calvert-Lewin is committed to helping Everton avoid the drop, but the lure of European football could be too strong.

He's struggled to stay fit over the last few years, missing 17 games last term as Everton narrowly avoided the drop.
They've voiced their concerns on social media, questioning what until now has been a popular recruitment strategy since being taken over by the Saudi Public Investment Fund in 2021.
