Seamus Coleman remained tight-lipped about what he said to Erling Haaland before the Norwegian's penalty miss on Boxing Day, but fan footage has since emerged of the incident – and fans think they've worked it out.
City lost more ground in the title race on Thursday as they extended their winless run to five matches in all competitions with a 1-1 draw against Everton.
After the brilliant Iliman Ndiaye cancelled out Bernardo Silva's opener, it looked like Pep Guardiola's side were about to take a 2-1 lead when Vitalii Mykolenko brought down Savinho in the area.

But moments later – after Everton captain Seamus Coleman was spotted trying to distract penalty-taker Erling Haaland – the often-reliable striker had his spot-kick saved by Jordan Pickford, and the score remained tied.
In his post-match interview with broadcaster Amazon Prime, Coleman was asked about the conversation with Haaland. "No comment," he laughed, before presenter Dan Walker asked if it was something to do with Christmas.
"Yeah, Merry Christmas," the Republic of Ireland international smiled. "We came here wanting to get a point and you'll do anything you can sometimes to win. There was no swearing or anything like that."
