Liverpool's new kits have finally been unveiled - and fans are convinced they've spotted a transfer 'hint' in the launch.
The likes of Sir Kenny Dalglish, Jamie Carragher, Ceri Holland and Virgil van Dijk have all been drafted in to star in the campaign, which dropped on Friday August 1.
But one player appeared absent from the promotional shoot, leaving Liverpool fans convinced it was a decision based on speculation around his future.
Did you spot who was missing from the lineup?
The player in question, Darwin Nunez, has failed to cement himself as a starter for Liverpool under Slot, after falling out of favour with Jurgen Klopp towards the end of his time at the club.
The Merseyside club launched their 2025/26 home jersey earlier this month - a clean all-red colourway featuring white three stripes down the sleeves and a crew neck collar.
At the nape of the neck there's a '97 emblem encased by the eternal flames.
Supporters can grab theirs from LFC’s official online store, head into official LFC stores (UK and internationally) or via the LFC Retail App for delivery.
All Red Members and season ticket holders can also nab a sweet 10 percent discount off the price of the home and away shirts.
Get decked out ahead of Liverpool’s first Premier League and Women’s Super League fixtures by picking up your 2025/26 Home shirt, available in both short-sleeve and classic long-sleeve versions.
Reimagining what it means to proudly sport the Liver Bird, the LFC 2025/26 Away kit combines adidas’ cutting-edge performance technology with effortless detailing.
The jersey features an off-white base with bold black and red detailing. The Liver Bird is framed within a shield inspired by the shape of Anfield’s original Main Stand.
Like the Home kit, the away jersey also features the '97 emblem encased by the eternal flames, and is available in short-sleeve and long-sleeve styles.
By donning the new LFC away kit designed by adidas, you can pledge your allegiance to your side.
LFC have announced that supporters can honour late Liverpool legend Diogo Jota by getting ‘Diogo J. 20’ printed on the back of their shirts.
Printing is available in official club stores, via the LFC online store, as well as adidas shops or online.
All profits will go to LFC Foundation, the club’s official charity, with the Foundation committed to creating a grassroots football programme in Jota’s name.
Liverpool haven't been seen in an Adidas jersey for 13 years - but that all changes on August 4 when Liverpool’s Men’s first team take on Athletic Club in a pre-season doubleheader at Anfield.
On August 10, Arnie Slot’s side will debut the Adidas Away kit during their Community Shield contest against Crystal Palace at Wembley Stadium.
Liverpool Women’s first team will step out in the Adidas three stripes for the first time on September 7 when they host Everton at Anfield.
They will don the new LFC Away kit when they take on Leicester City in the Women’s Super League at the King Power Stadium on September 14.
Ben Latty, chief commercial officer at LFC, has described the Home and Away kit launch as the ‘beginning of a 10-year relationship for LFC and Adidas.’
“Since announcing the partnership in March, there’s been a huge sense of anticipation and excitement,” he added. “This first collection sets the tone for seasons to come.”
Sam Handy, GM at Adidas Football, said: “The return of adidas to Liverpool FC is a momentous occasion for us.
“Seeing our iconic three stripes adorning Liverpool FC kits again is something we’re incredibly proud of.”
Handy described the home jersey as a ‘true representation of the Liverpool DNA’, while remarking that the Away shirt paid ‘homage to the club’s rich history with a unique crest inspired by the original Anfield stadium.’
“I speak on behalf of everyone at adidas when I say this is just the start of an incredible journey, and we’re extremely excited for what’s to come.”
The Liverpool FC Home and Away 2025/26 kits are available to buy in Official Liverpool FC Stores, online at liverpoolfc.com/store and on the official LFC Store App.
