Crystal Palace have issued a statement over the status of their fixture against Manchester City amid Storm Darragh.
The Premier League clash between Everton and Liverpool at Goodison Park was postponed on safety grounds because of severe weather caused by Storm Darragh.
Manchester United have also released a statement as concerns have been raised over their Old Trafford match against Nottingham Forest.
Several games in the Football League have been called off, too, including Cardiff City vs. Watford, Plymouth vs. Oxford United and Bristol Rovers vs. Bolton Wanderers.

At the time of writing, Palace's home match against Man City is still set to go ahead despite the storms destroying the sporting schedule.
On X, the club wrote: "Today's fixture at Selhurst Park is scheduled to go ahead as planned.
"We advise all supporters to plan their journey in advance and take care travelling to and from the stadium."
Palace are unbeaten in three games and secured a big win on the road in their last outing, beating Ipswich Town 1-0 in midweek.

Man City, on the other hand, snapped their losing streak with a much-needed 3-0 victory over Forest.
In his pre-match press conference, Oliver Glasner said: "We have two wins, two draws and one loss [in our last five Premier League games], so it goes in the right direction. The performances look quite stable at the moment, but we have to show it again against City, even on a better level than we did before.
"There are more reasons than just confidence. The players are getting into the rhythm without pre-season. We are physically in much better shape than we have been at the beginning of the season.

"The structure, how we are playing, we have new signings... it's getting more into their mind and into their body than it was at the beginning. It's a process where we are, but we are still [near] the bottom of the table. We still have many parts in our game that we can improve.
"Yes, it gives us confidence, the results, the performances, but it's no time to lay back and relax."
Pep Guardiola praised his counterpart and said Palace have impressed him this season despite their league position.
"They are playing really good," said Guardiola.

"The last 10 games of last season, they were one of the best teams.
"Their physicality at Selhurst Park, the patterns they have are really good. so aggressive - they are really good.
"It’s so difficult to make a good build up against them and the quality is there."
