Arsenal’s Premier League opener against Nottingham Forest was hampered by the Gunners sporting the wrong kit.
Mikel Arteta's side beat Forest 2-1 at the Emirates, with the home side’s goals courtesy of Bukayo Saka and Eddie Nketiah.
Arsenal are attempting to mount a Premier League title charge for the second time in successive seasons, having spent well over £200million in the summer window so far.

Indeed, new signings Kai Havertz, Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber all donned the Gunners shirt for the first time in a Premier League encounter against Forest.
But there was one problem - they were wearing the wrong kit.
Arsenal’s new home shirt has already been recalled by manufacturers Adidas for an error. Indeed, the new shirt was supposed to commemorate the Gunners’ famous Invincibles side with stitching at the side, detailing all 38 games during that unbeatable season.
However, fans were quick to point out that a handful of those games were missing. The last four matches of that historic 2004/04 campaign were said to be been left out, including draws with Portsmouth and Birmingham along with a further two matches from earlier in the season.

This led to both Arsenal and Adidas being forced to take the kits off the market.
An email was sent to fans aiming to buy the botched version of the shirt read: "We've become aware of a design error with the current 23/24 Authentic Home Shirt.
"Consequently, we're unfortunately unable to fulfil your order at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and will be cancelling and refunding your order in full.
"We are currently reviewing when the new 23/24 Authentic Home Shirts will be available, but in the meantime please see our 23/24 Replica Home Shirts which are available now and ready to ship."

The Sun claimed that Arsenal will not receive shirts with the error corrected until at least September, with fans having to wait a further month for their version.
