Raheem Sterling’s future at Manchester City is up in the air and he has reportedly started the process of selling his house to another Premier League star.
It is believed that Liverpool defender Trent Alexander Arnold is in negotiation to buy Sterling’s house in the Cheshire countryside, thought to be worth around £4.5 million.
Alexander Arnold currently lives in south Manchester on the same road as team mate Alisson Becker and former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

This will further add to the speculation that the City man is on his way out of Manchester, with a move to Chelsea the most likely to happen.
The Stamford Bridge club is interested in bringing the 27-year-old winger to the club after manager Thomas Tuchel expressed his wish to work with Sterling.
It has been reported that a £45 million deal is ‘well advanced’, with the two clubs hoping for an agreement to be reached as soon as possible.

Sterling is believed to want a fresh challenge after seeing his opportunities limited at the Etihad stadium. Sterling made 44 appearances last season but most of them were as a substitute.
He was disappointed to not start the club’s Champions League semi final matches against Real Madrid.

The recent arrival of Norway star Erling Haaland will add to Sterling’s troubles and manager Pep Guardiola is unable to guarantee his star players regular starts.
Since making his controversial move from Liverpool to City back in 2015 in a deal worth £44 million, Sterling has been a huge success at City.
In the seven years that Sterling has spent with City, the winger has won four Premier League titles, four League Cup trophies and an FA Cup. He is one of the most decorated players in the club’s history.
In total, Sterling has made 339 appearances in all competitions, scoring 131 goals.

With just one year left on his current deal and his desire for a fresh challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for the Etihad club to cash in on Sterling.
Will Sterling leave City in the summer transfer window? Only time will tell.
