According to the Mirror, he has told his players that they will be dropped if they are late for training or team meetings, regardless of reputation.
They've also been told they are not allowed to drink alcohol during game weeks to ensure they are in peak physical condition for match day.
The 52-year-old has also overhauled the menu at the club's training base. He is said to want the same chefs preparing meals, rather than them employing their own personal caters.
The menu at Carrington now features a lot more fish and vegetables.
