Manchester United players' wages have been revealed, after reports that four of their players took places in the top five Premier League highest earners list.
Earlier in the week L'Equipe reported that PSG unsurprisingly have the highest earning players in Ligue 1, taking up 18 of the top 20 spots on the list.
The league leaders reportedly pay Neymar over €4 million-a-month with Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe second and third on the list.
However, it wasn't just PSG's wages that were exposed, with the French outlet also reporting that United players similarly dominate the Premier League's list.
Only Kevin de Bruyne is said to have broken the top five list from outside of Old Trafford, with Cristiano Ronaldo, David de Gea, Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane taking first, third, fourth and fifth positions respectively.
And it seems that the French outlet's report isn't far from the truth, with Spotrac confirming Ronaldo as the club's top earner on £510,000-a-week, similar to the €2.63 million-a-month L'Equipe had reported.
De Gea is on £375k every seven days, whilst Sancho isn't far behind on £350,000, Varane is on £340k and Paul Pogba rounds off United's top five on £290,000.
Pogba's contract expires in the summer and he is expected to leave the club for free, which would be the second time the scenario had played out for the midfielder.
Though it's not been confirmed everyone assumes he will leave, and Newcastle United and Aston Villa are reportedly interested in him.
Bruno Fernandes £180,000-a-week is expected to be bumped up, with the former Sporting man reportedly set to sign a new £240,000-a-week deal, something Simon Jordan definitely doesn't think he deserves.
United fans might wonder how the likes of Juan Mata and Nemanja Matic are still around at the club earning well over £100,000-a-week considering their contribution to the team has waned so much in recent years.
All of United's players could be usurped by Erling Haaland, if the Borussia Dortmund striker moves to Manchester City this summer.
The Red Devils won't just be focused on player wages this summer though, with their manager for the next campaign yet to be confirmed.
Ajax boss Erik ten Hag has been interviewed, and is now the betting favourite, although Mauricio Pochettino also remains in the running.
