Lionel Messi may be one the greatest footballers in the history of the game - but even he was not immune from having to take part in an initiation upon moving to Inter Miami.
Messi switched Paris Saint-Germain for the MLS over the summer, where he has returned to his brilliant best.
The seven time ballon d'Or winner has scored 11 goals in 14 games and helped the club lift their first ever trophy, the Leagues Cup.

To show their appreciation, certain members of the squad have decided to learn Spanish in order to form a closer bond with the Argentine.
While the Inter Miami players have made the conscious decision to go easy on their No. 10 during training to ensure he stays fully match-fit.
However, his teammates weren't always quite so supportive of the former Barcelona star upon his arrival at the club, insisting that he performed an initiation song during a team dinner.

Speaking to Infobae, Inter Miami midfielder Edison Azcona lifted the lid on how it went down.
"He sang at a dinner for us on the first trip he had with the team," he explained.
"DeAndre Yedlin and Victor Ulloa were in charge of encouraging him. They were saying that they had to sing and joking. First, Jordi [Alba] went to sing, Sergio [Busquets] also and Leo [Messi] went last."
Revealing what it was like to play alongside Messi, Azcona added: “Actually, I thought about it.

"Since I was little, I have always said that a dream of mine was to play with Messi, and I finally have this opportunity to share a dressing room, train with him and have that experience of being on the same team. It is a dream come true.”
