Arsenal and Manchester United will scout Israel U21 midfielder Oscar Gloukh when his side takes on England U21s on Wednesday, according to a new report.
The 19-year-old currently plays his club football for RB Salzburg, having joined them from Israeli giants Maccabi Tel Aviv in January.
Rated as one of the top young stars in world football, Gloukh may be better known to some football fans as a wonderkid in the most recent edition of the Football Manager series.

And while his career has not yet reached the heights that it does in the video game world, the attacking midfielder has already made 53 senior appearances at club level, and has received six senior caps for Israel.
According to The Guardian, his performances have alerted the giants of European football. Barcelona and AC Milan are both interested in signing him, as well as Villarreal and Monaco.
But two Premier League clubs are said to be in the race.

It is claimed that both Arsenal and United will be keeping a close eye on Gloukh when he and his Israel side take on England U21s, managed by former Birmingham and Everton midfielder Lee Carsley, in the semi-finals of the U21 European Championship.
The 19-year-old has provided two assists in the competition so far, and will hope to increase his tally against the Three Lions.
It is claimed that RB Salzburg's sister club, German side RB Leipzig, want to sign Gloukh in the future, and he would be following the same path walked by the likes of Dominik Szoboszlai, Benjamin Sesko and Dayot Upamecano.

Gloukh's representatives are quoted as saying: "There has been so much interest in Oscar for the last few months but we will have to wait to discuss any offers with his club."
According to Israeli outlet ONE, Gloukh was scouted by Tottenham in January, amid competition from Barca, Ajax and Borussia Dortmund, before he moved to Salzburg.
