A clue regarding Harry Maguire’s Manchester United future has been spotted on the club’s website.
Maguire has endured an underwhelming campaign this season, starting just seven of United’s 36 Premier League games.
Indeed, the England international has been behind both Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez in the United pecking order, while left-back Luke Shaw has even filled in centrally ahead of Maguire at times.

And should United sign Napoli’s Kim Min-jae as reported, Maguire would plunge further down the pecking order, putting his England place in jeopardy.
In all competitions, Maguire has made 30 appearances this season, however, his last full 90 minutes came in the disastrous 3-0 defeat to Sevilla in the Europa League quarter-final second leg in April that saw United crash out 5-2 on aggregate.
A summer move appears inevitable, and according to Football Transfers Tottenham are interested in the defender, while West Ham have also been named as a potential destination.
However, United will try to recoup as much of the £80million they paid for the defender back in 2019 as possible. The club are said to have set an asking price of £40million, which appears a hefty figure for the out-of-sorts 30-year-old.
Maguire transfer hint
On Tuesday, United announced their training kit for the 2023/24 season. The jersey features a white colour scheme with touches of red and green throughout the fabric.

And the launch included shots of Maguire in the new training gear, which potentially signals his future lies at Old Trafford next term.
The promotional images include the phrase ‘preparation starts now’, which potentially hints Maguire could remain with the United for another season.
Of course, Maguire remains club captain, so his role front-and-centre in the promotional shots could also be part of those duties.
