Erik ten Hag is considering selling Antony after Liverpool's 7-0 demolition of Manchester United on Sunday, according to a report.
Jurgen Klopp’s side stunned an in-form United side at the weekend, by subjecting them to their heaviest defeat since Boxing Day 1931.
The performance, which former United captain Gary Neville described as an "absolute disgrace, a shambles", came after the Old Trafford club had put together an 11-game unbeaten run and won the Carabao Cup, their first trophy in six years.

After the game, Ten Hag slated his players for failing to "fulfil their jobs" and "stick together" during their astonishing Liverpool capitulation.
The Dutchman added: “It was a surprise for me, I haven't seen this from my team I don't think it's us, I don't think it's Manchester United. It's really bad and poor."
In the aftermath of the drubbing, a report has emerged claiming that Ten Hag is considering selling one of his marquee summer signings.
Ten Hag to sell Antony?
According to Fichajes, Ten Hag was particularly disappointed with three players after the Liverpool defeat - Antony, Fred and Diogo Dalot - and each could be sold in the summer.

Indeed, Antony was signed from Ajax for approximately £85million last summer but has since struggled to have a consistent impact for the Old Trafford club.
Against Liverpool in particular Antony failed to influence the game on the ball, while he has been widely criticised for giving minimal protection to right-back Dalot, who was facing up to the constant threat of Andy Robertson.
Indeed, Dalot was another player Fichajes claimed could be sold at the end of the season. The Portugal international, whose current deal expires in 2024, was at fault for Cody Gakpo’s opener in particular.
Fred was also at fault for Gakpo’s first goal, allowing the Dutchman to cut inside from the left flank. The much-derided Brazilian is also said to be a player the could be sold in the summer after the torrid display against Klopp’s men.

Despite Fichajes’ claim, it seems unlikely United would part ways with Antony so soon, given the Brazil international is just 23 years old and was signed as an investment for the future. Meanwhile, Dalot has been one of United’s top performers this term and Fred has been much improved.
