Manchester United wonderkid Shea Lacey has signed with an agency that represents club legend Wayne Rooney, it has been reported.
The 16-year-old starlet, who was born in Liverpool but grew up supporting United, is currently part of the club's academy at U18 level.
He already has a penchant for spectacular goals. In January, he netted a goal of the season contender during a match against Wolves, firing in a left-footed dipping shot from range that landed in the top left corner.

And in April, it was Wolves on the receiving end once again of Lacey's brilliance. The youngster sprinted to the byline, beating several defenders for pace before lifting the ball over the goalkeeper and into the net from an unbelievably tight angle.
He has been tipped for big things - and now he appears to have taken the next step in his career.

It is claimed that several agencies were keen on the attacking midfielder, who can play on both wings, but that he chose to join an agency that represents Rooney.
As per Transfermarkt, the group, which has six other top division footballers on board, has other links to Manchester United. Harry Maguire and Jack Butland are both on board, as well as current Everton and former United midfielder James Garner.
Lacey will now hope to kick on and become part of Erik ten Hag's first team squad in the upcoming years, following in the footsteps of current first team stars Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho.
Rashford won the club's Player of the Season award on Monday, with Garnacho scooping the Young Player of the Season award last season. This time around, it went to current academy midfielder Kobbie Mainoo, who made his senior debut in the Carabao Cup earlier this season.
