Ronaldo's oldest son, Cristiano Jr., was born via surrogate in 2010 and the full identity of his mother isn't known due to a pre-agreement.
Cristiano Jr. joined United's academy when his family moved to England.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner became father of twins, daughter Eva and son Mateo, via surrogacy in 2017.
