Manchester United star Diogo Dalot is reportedly set to sign a new contract with the club - just weeks after his current deal was extended.
Dalot was one of a number of United players who saw their existing deals expire in the summer, with the likes of Luke Shaw, Marcus Rashford and David de Gea.
United hold an additional's year option on all of those deals, however, although the club have elected not to trigger De Gea's option due to the fact that it would keep him on the same wage for another season. As per The Telegraph, United want De Gea to take a pay cut to remain at Old Trafford beyond the summer.

But they did add an extra year to the contracts of Rashford, Shaw, Fred and Dalot, as confirmed by boss Erik ten Hag, giving them valuable time to negotiate new and improved deals with the trio.
All four players have been contributed to United's improvement under Ten Hag this season, with Rashford having scored 11 goals and provided four assists in just 13 games in all competitions since the conclusion of the World Cup.
Dalot was impressive in the early part of the season, but has not played for United since January 10 through injury. He was, however, named on the bench for the side's 2-1 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday.

The Portugal right-back had reported interest from AC Milan, Barcelona and Real Madrid, amongst others, with doubts over his long-term future at United at one stage.
But it now appears that he is close to ending speculation over his future by signing a new deal.
Dalot set for new Man Utd deal
Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo have reported that Barca's pursuit of Dalot is set to be over, with talks involving United over a new contract said to be at an 'advanced stage'.

They claim that United have put a five-year contract and a financial proposal on the table, with the club and Dalot's agents having been negotiating since the player returned from the World Cup.
Speaking last month, the Portugal defender spoke of his desire to remain at Old Trafford (quotes via Daily Mail): "We are in a position to say that we are negotiating and seeing how both parties will benefit, but it is no secret that I am happy to be here, so we will see how things go.
"I love this club and I love to play for this club. Progressively we are in a good direction as a team. For me, this is the most important part and hopefully individually I can continue to help the team as I am doing."
