Manchester United have been dealt a potentially pivotal injury blow, with Marcus Rashford limping off the pitch during their Premier League clash against Everton.
The first 75 minutes of the game saw United in almost total control, striking 21 shots at Jordan Pickford's goal in the first half.
They opened the scoring on 36 minutes through Scott McTominay, before a Rashford assist helped Anthony Martial double United's advantage on 71 minutes.

Minutes later, however, Rashford pulled up after controlling a high ball, and immediately gestured towards his thigh area. He then limped off with a physio alongside him, having initially walked back on to the pitch while play continued.
Erik ten Hag was forced into a change, with Wout Weghorst replacing the England international in United's attack.
Rashford then went straight up the tunnel, an extremely concerning sight for United fans given their upcoming busy schedule.
United pick up vital win
On the pitch, however, it was job done for Ten Hag's side. United sealed a 2-0 victory, cementing their place in the Champions League places by the end of the weekend.

It is back-to-back league wins for the side, with a Europa League quarter-final tie against Sevilla next on the horizon on Thursday.
Rashford will surely be considered a major doubt for that match, with the extent of any injury potentially significant in determining how United end the season.
Should he be ruled out for any length of time, his absence could provide more opportunities to a returning Alejandro Garnacho, while Facundo Pellistri could also be presented with more of an involvement having seen his opportunities limited so far this season under Ten Hag.
It could also prompt a change in system for the Dutchman, although it could be goalscorer Martial that assumes Rashford's place, at least in the short-term, if he is unavailable.
