Fernandes has been a key figure for Erik ten Hag this season and will no doubt be crucial again on Saturday.
The 28-year-old has registered 13 goals and 15 assists across all competitions this term.
But with an incredible 59 games under his belt already, what is the secret to staying fit between matches?
Fernandes reveals pre-match routine
Unlike many of his teammates, Fernandes has an undeniable ability to remain injury-free, consistently making himself available to Ten Hag.

The midfielder has now revealed that naps are a big part of his pre-match routine, which his wife, Ana, is very accommodating of.
Speaking on his recovery in between games, Fernandes told ESPN: "I like to get my nap time and my wife respects that and takes care of the kids for that hour and a half, an hour, so I can have that more rest.
"Because I think that's important for me to keep me fit, in the best shape possible. I think it's all those bits together, and obviously the way my mum and dad made me. They made sure that I was always fit and fit enough to play football."
The Portugal international added that teammate Casemiro reckons the reason he always stays fit is because he weighs "nothing"
