The Ajax manager was the first interviewed by United last month, after he'd been placed on their shortlist along with Mauricio Pochettino and Luis Enrique.

The former Bayern Munich II manager is said to not want full control of things with the Premier League side but did outline that things behind the scenes need a 'shake-up.'

It's no surprise that the incoming boss had such frank thoughts on what's been happening in the red half of Manchester, as he's known to be a bit of a perfectionist.
Ten Hag reportedly likes the grass on the pitch to be two millimeters, 'or something like that,' and that 'everything had to be perfect in his eyes.'
Plans are already afoot for the next campaign and the transfer market, and has already identified one man to carry out his 'masterplan.'
