Manchester United star Jadon Sancho could be offloaded to Barcelona after a disappointing start to life at Old Trafford, according to stunning reports in Spain.
The Red Devils finally landed the 21-year-old winger last summer in a whopping £73m deal from Borussia Dortmund.
However, Sancho has struggled to replicate his Dortmund form at United and only managed to score twice in 23 appearances for the Red Devils.
Nacional now reports that United could allow Sancho to leave Old Trafford after only a single season if a club meet their valuation.
The Spanish newspaper reports that the United winger has ‘been on the table’ for Barcelona, with Xavi continuing to push ahead with sweeping changes to his squad.
Sancho, who is under contract until 2026, has reportedly been ‘offered’ to the Spanish club and Barcelona have “not ruled him out.”

The former Dortmund star impressed Barcelona after showing his ‘enormous potential in Germany’ and Xavi knows it would be a positive ‘market opportunity.’
According to Nacional, United’s willingness to sell a marquee signing like Sancho is ‘not normal.’
However, United are not prepared to sanction a deal for the England international for less than £50m (€60m), which could be problematic for cash-strapped Barcelona.
Barcelona manager Xavi has lost patience with former Dortmund star Ousmane Dembele over the uncertainty surrounding his club future.
The 24-year-old French winger is out of contract at the end of the season and has been linked with United, Newcastle and Liverpool.
Despite Dembele’s potential exit from the Camp Nou, it has been reported that Xavi isn’t interested in Sancho as he ‘doesn’t trust the winger’s extra-sports life.’

The Barcelona legend believes engineering a transfer for Sancho would be a ‘risky operation’ for the La Liga club.
Xavi sees the £50m price tag valuation for the Barcelona target as ‘too high [of] an amount’ and they will ‘consider the operation again’ in the summer transfer window.
Sancho was absent from United’s 3-1 win over Brentford on Wednesday due to a family bereavement.
