Manchester United are reportedly chasing the signing of Roma striker Tammy Abraham, just over a year since the forward departed Chelsea.
The England international left the Blues in order to pursue more first-team football.
His move to Roma reunited him with Galliorossi boss Jose Mourinho, who was Chelsea manager whilst Abraham was working his way up the club's youth levels.
Speaking after the signing was completed in August 2021, Mourinho said (quotes via Daily Mirror): "I prefer to say wait and see for Tammy, but I say that with total confidence.

"I've known him since he was a boy. He never played for me, because he was a 14, 15, 16-year-old when I was at Chelsea, but I know him very well.
"I know him as a player, a person and in terms of mentality. It is always tough for an English player to leave his country and the Premier League, and that says so much about him."
Abraham went on to score 17 goals in 37 Serie A appearances last season, and 27 in all competitions.
The goals have not flowed as freely this campaign - the 25-year-old hasn't netted since September 12 - but his performances thus far for Roma have caught the eye of other top European clubs.
Man United keen on Tammy Abraham?

It is claimed that the Red Devils have various strikers on their shortlist, with the England international the latest name added.
However, despite Abraham's starting price reportedly standing at €50 million, Mourinho understandably does not want to lose a key figure in his team.

United may well have a vacant slot in their squad up front, with the Spanish outlet also reporting that there are doubts over whether Cristiano Ronaldo will be at the club beyond the World Cup in Qatar, or the summer of 2023.
Abraham has expressed his happiness in Rome in interviews, meaning United may have a lot of convincing to do for the 25-year-old to return to England.
