Manchester United have reportedly found out that one player often only passed to Cristiano Ronaldo in order to win over the Portuguese.
After leaving the club in 2009, Ronaldo made a sensational return to Old Trafford in the summer of 2021.
However, despite a promising start to his second stint with United, it all came crashing down at the beginning of the 22/23 season.

Ronaldo’s contract with the club was ripped up in November 2022 after his explosive interview with Piers Morgan, in which he criticised the club, the manager and some of his former teammates.
In total, Ronaldo made 54 appearances across all competitions during his second spell with United, scoring 27 goals.
According to The Athletic, the club’s video analyst found that one attacking player spent every attack trying to pass the ball to Ronaldo, in order to win praise from the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
