Manchester United are 'keeping tabs' on Brentford's Ivan Toney in an effort to bolster their attacking options, but some fans don't want him at Old Trafford.
Erik ten Hag wants to snap up a new striker this summer ahead of the 2022/23 season.
And it appears Toney is on the club's radar, according to The Mirror.
The 26-year-old scored 12 goals in the Premier League last season following a prolific campaign in the Championship, where he scored an impressive 31 league goals.

But Man United face competition from West Ham United, Newcastle United and Leeds United, who are all thought to be interested in signing the Brentford star.
However, the prospect of Toney plying his trade for the Red Devils hasn't gone down well with some of their fans on social media.
One tweeted: "No! Didn’t do anything last season worthy of note, this ain’t the Championship."

A second wrote: "Why do we want him? What’s the obsession? I don’t get it."
A third commented: "We are going backwards."
Man United could be forced to act in the transfer window if Cristiano Ronaldo moves away from the club.

He's asked to be allowed to leave this summer, with Chelsea thought to be eyeing a move for the 37-year-old.
Anthony Martial is Ten Hag's only other option up front, with the Frenchman spending the second half of last season on loan at Sevilla.
Toney isn't the only striker Man United are thought to be tracking this summer.
Brian Brobbey and Moussa Dembele are among the other transfer targets.
