Liverpool are interested in bringing in RB Salzburg midfielder Luka Sucic, according to Austrian outlet Salzburger Nachrichten.
The Sucic links have emerged following the Reds midfield injury crisis.
Thiago picked up a problem against Fulham last week which will rule him out for at least four weeks, whilst Curtis Jones and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are out from issues sustained during pre-season.

Sucic wouldn’t be the first Liverpool player to have donned the Salzburg shirt, with ex-Reds Sadio Mane and Takumi Minamino playing for them previously, alongside current midfielder Naby Keita.
The 19-year-old scored eight goals and added four assists in 28 Austrian Bundesliga matches for his side last year, being capped three times for Croatia in the process.

Sucic is left-footed and is most dangerous in the final third of the pitch, hence his impressive goalscoring return
Liverpool aren’t the only side interested in his services though, with AC Milan and Juventus keen on the teenager.
With the additions of Fabio Carvalho, Calvin Ramsay and Darwin Nunez this summer, Liverpool are clearly looking to decrease the average age of the squad with them fielding six players over 30 years old.
James Milner, Thiago and Jordan Henderson are all over the threshold, with Fabinho nearing it.

However, Jurgen Klopp has been resilient in his stance about Liverpool signing a midfielder.
"If there was the right player and an opportunity, we would have done it, we would do it, but I don't see it because we had a lot of conversations already and it doesn't look like something will happen," he said during his press conference.
"I'm happy with the strength, size and quality of my squad but we have injuries. There are plenty of solutions for it. One of them is the transfer market, but that only makes sense if you can bring in the right player.
"All the other solutions are inside the squad. We have too many injuries, that's clear. Naby will be back for Monday and Kostas (Tsimikas) will train today for the first time so he might be back as well."
