Liverpool are willing to sell defender Joel Matip this summer as part of Jurgen Klopp's rebuild, according to reports.
The Cameroon defender signed for the Reds from Schalke on a free transfer in the summer of 2016, and has since established a strong legacy at Anfield.
Despite suffering from injuries, Matip has always been a dependable presence when available, and has developed a reputation as one of the best defenders in the Premier League at his best.

He has made over 130 appearances for the club, and has formed a strong partnership with Virgil van Dijk at the centre of Liverpool's defence throughout Klopp's reign.
Now 31, Matip still remains a reliable option for Klopp's side, but has dropped out of the team in recent weeks following the return of Ibrahima Konate.
This summer, it may be time for the defender to seek pastures new - and a fresh report claims that the Reds will allow him to leave should they receive an acceptable offer.
Liverpool 'willing to sell Matip'
According to Football Insider, as per sources, Liverpool are set to alert clubs that Matip will be available for sale at the end of the season.

A move away from Anfield would signal the end of a seven-year stint at the club, which has seen him win a Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup title each.
It is claimed that, due to his injury problems, a fee of £10-15 million would likely be enough for the Reds to sell the defender.
He is also out of contract in 2024, meaning Liverpool may not get a fee for the player if he does not depart this summer.
A revered figure at Anfield, Matip would certainly be missed by Reds fans given his contribution to the club, but his departure may allow Liverpool to invest more money into attempting to acquire one of their key targets, such as RB Leipzig star Josko Gvardiol.
