Former Liverpool striker Djibril Cisse claims he would be worth as much as £90m in the current transfer market.
Liverpool paid a then club-record £14m fee to sign Cisse from Auxerre in 2004.
He managed an impressive record of 90 goals in 169 games for the French club and hopes were high that he would replicate that form at Anfield.

But he failed to live up to expectations, scoring just 24 goals in 79 games for the Reds – with his progress severely hampered by a horrific leg break in his debut season in English football.
Nevertheless, he won both the Champions League and FA Cup during his time at Anfield before being sold to Marseille in 2007 after a season-long loan at the French club.
He returned to English football on a loan at Sunderland before further spells Panathinaikos, Lazio, QPR among other clubs.

The France international retired in 2018 before returning to football for a short-lived spell at American fourth-tier side Panathinaikos Chicago in 2021.
Cisse: I'd be worth up to £90m today
Despite his underwhelming spell at Liverpool and inconsistent scoring form over the course of his professional career, Cisse believes he would be worth as much as £90m in the current transfer market.
"Football has changed over time," Cisse told Lord Ping.

"The way you buy and sell players has completely changed. I don't know and wouldn't want to know, but if I had to put a figure on it, I would be worth between £60-£90m.
"It may not be the right price, but it is the market price."
Cisse recently discussed coming out of retirement to resume his career in Ligue 1.
The 41-year-old scored 96 goals in France's top flight during spells at Auxerre, Marseille and Bastia and is desperate to round that up to 100, even offering to play for nothing.

Cisse said: "Being four goals away from 100 in Ligue 1, it doesn't suit me. If a club comes and offers me the chance to play, I will go for free."
