Liverpool are reportedly "all in" on signing Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund in what could be a final "parting gift" from the Fenway Sports Group (FSG).
Bellingham has been in sensational form this season for Dortmund and is expected to be included in Gareth Southgate's England World Cup squad despite being just 19 years old. This would be Bellingham's second major tournament for the Three Lions.
The youngster from Birmingham is being linked to clubs all across Europe, including European champions Real Madrid, but it seems Liverpool are at the moment leading the race, according to ESPN.
FSG have put the club up for sale
FSG confirmed to The Athletic yesterday that the current owners are looking for new investors after owning the Premier League club since 2010 but their work at the club may not be done yet.

Marca also believe Liverpool are front runners for his signature but have said that the £130million price tag is more like £87million.
FourFourTwo clam FSG could look to buy Bellingham as a "parting gift" to the club and increase its value ahead of potential sale.
Klopp: It's clear another player would have helped us
Jurgen Klopp admitted to Sky Sports earlier this month that the Reds could have done with signing another player in the summer: "I am not a big believer in looking back, saying 'if we would have, that would have changed everything.'

"I think it's clear that another player in specific positions would have helped us in moments, definitely. But our problems are not because we miss a player. You cannot prepare for everything. While it is wild and irrational in moments, I think we have to ride it out. We will get through this."
New ownership means more money for Liverpool?
Under the current ownership, signing Bellingham would almost blow the entire budget on one player.

However, as we have already seen with Manchester City and Newcastle, a new regime could pump in a large sum of its own money and ensure the Reds sign Bellingham.
