Liverpool will have to pay over £100million to sign England star Jude Bellingham, according to former Red Emile Heskey.
The 19-year-old has starred at the heart of Borussia Dortmund’s midfield this term, while he is expected to play a central role in England’s World Cup campaign.
His Champions League performances in particular have attracted interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs including Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City, while La Liga giants Real Madrid are also said to be keen.

Meanwhile, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is thought to be an admirer of the Dortmund star. Indeed it's been rumoured for some time that the Reds have been leading the chase for Bellingham.
£100million fee
Emile Heskey discussed the clamour surrounding Bellingham and the Reds’ chances of landing the Birmingham-born starlet.
The former Liverpool striker insisted that whoever lands the player will have to be a substantial fee.

Speaking to the Mirror the 44-year-old said: "I think the frenzy for his signature has already started.
"He can pretty much pick whatever league he wants to go to and whichever team he fancies in that league, he’s that good.
"I think Liverpool are still in that hunt, they’re one of the biggest draws in the Premier League and indeed the world.
“But it just depends on how much of a priority midfield is for them, are the club willing to spend over £100million on one player? Because that’s the sort of figure we’re talking.”

"One way to look at it is that by investing that sort of money into a player could generate more money in the long run, because you’re securing one of the brightest young talents in world football."
