A statistic has emerged highlighting Harvey Elliott's importance to Jurgen Klopp, and fans can't believe it.
Elliott has risen to prominence under Jurgen Klopp, offering a much needed alternative in midfield following a plague of injuries to the squad.
A shocking injury against Leeds in 2021 stunted Elliott's progress, leaving him on the sidelines for five months. But his time away doesn't seem to have slowed him down, with the player now a regular in the team.

He showed his quality against Wolves on Tuesday in their FA Cup replay, scoring a magnificent solo goal to restore some belief amongst Reds supporters.
There is no denying that he has benefitted from injuries to Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino and Curtis Jones, who have inadvertently paved the way for the 19-year-old.
Elliott the stalwart
Elliott has been a big part of Klopp's plans this season, making 29 appearances in all competitions already this season.

This means he has featured in every single game Liverpool have played in the current campaign. Whilst plenty of these have been cameos from the bench, Elliott has still had an impact, finding the net four times and registering one assist.
Numbers have been the criticism of Elliott lately, with the former Fulham player struggling to add goals to his game. However, his decision to ignore James Milner and go for goal against Wolves proved a change in attitude.
Speaking after the game, Elliott said: "I have been judged a bit on assists and goals and it is something I have been working on and it came off today. Personally, I have felt I have not been at my best form after the World Cup but a confidence booster tonight.
"Milly was screaming 'shoot' as well so I had to go for it. Maybe he can encourage me a bit more to shoot because it definitely worked.
