The 35-year-old led his team to victory in a must-win match and he continued to show off his leadership qualities when he spoke after the match.
Messi won the 'Player of the Match' award, but a reporter asked him if he could give it to a teammate, who would it be and why.
However, the Paris Saint-Germain superstar refused to single out a specific player as he acknowledged the whole team in a great show of comradery.
