Le Havre sporting director Mathieu Bodmer watches around 50 football matches a week from leagues around Europe, as well as montages from games in Korea, Libya and Panama.
The 39-year-old, who is also a pundit for Amazon Prime Video and RMC Sport, was named the new sporting director at Ligue 2 outfit Le Havre this summer after the French side announced a complete overhaul of the club.
And in a fascinating interview with French publication L'Equipe, the former Lyon, PSG and Nice midfielder detailed a typical day in his life.
From sleeping in Le Havre's 25,000 capacity stadium in a bid to "optimise time", to watching football for several hours per day – it's safe to say Bodmer is dedicating his life to the beautiful game.

In the interview, he opened up on what is one of the most action-packed routines we've ever come across.
"I watch about 50 full matches a week: Ligue 1, Ligue 2, National, U19s, U17s, N2, N3, English divisions, Italian divisions, Spanish divisions, and other championships depending on the profiles that we’re looking for," Bodmer said.
"I also watch montages from matches played in Korea, Libya, or Panama. I practically watch football from day to night, especially since I don’t sleep much."
The former Lille player also revealed he hasn't taken a holiday in 18 months and lives off five hours sleep.

When asked if he sleeps in the club's stadium, he said: “Absolutely [I sleep there]. We have a big room with Nicolas Douchez (goalkeeper coach) with a view of the pitch. In addition, the stadium is near the motorway.
"I do everything to optimise time as much as I can."
Earlier this year, Bodmer hit the headlines after labelling Lionel Messi's debut season at Paris Saint-Germain a failure.

He also claimed Messi would never replicate his form with former club Barcelona at the Parc des Princes.
“Sportingly, yes, it is a failure. [Messi] has interesting statistics for an ordinary player," Bodmer told RMC Sport in May.
"I would have liked to have such statistics. But here, we are talking about Lionel Messi. We have known him with 50-goal seasons, doing incredible things while carrying his team.
“Today, he is almost 35 years old; we will never see the same Lionel Messi again. We know that PSG attaches great importance to marketing, and, there, his arrival is not at all a failure.

"The leaders are very happy with this part, as at the time with the arrival of David Beckham. With Lionel Messi, PSG has taken a new step in terms of image.”
