Barcelona manager Hansi Flick can't get his head around one of the club's long-standing traditions, reports claim.
The former Germany and Bayern Munich boss took the reins at Barcelona back in May and has accrued a win percentage of 72%, with 27 wins, four draws and six losses from 37 games.
The Blaugrana are currently top of La Liga after 24 games, ahead of Real Madrid thanks to a superior goal difference.
Barca also finished second in the Champions League table and have been drawn against Benfica in the round of 16 in a repeat of their thrilling group stage fixture.

Flick, the third German to manage Barca, has proved to be a fine fit with the Catalan outfit.
However, it's emerged that Flick does have an issue with one habit involving his employers.
Ahead of every game, Barca share a list of all the players in the matchday squad and Flick didn't do it for the recent game against Sevilla.

According to Relevo, he doesn't see the point of it but has agreed to do so despite not being completely onboard.
Writer Miguel Rico said: "It has been difficult to convince Hansi Flick to publish the list of those called up for the match in question. He does not understand the reason or the fuss that was created when he did not provide the names of those called up for the match against Sevilla . From his point of view, it is Barça that plays. Not one player or another. All the players are Barça, therefore, Barça plays and that's it.
"After the controversy, he was convinced to return to the tradition of football routines and there was an announcement of those called up for the match against Sevilla and the issue seems to have been resolved."
Flick's strict Barcelona rules
In addition, Flick is also believed to be against cameras and how they are positioned during "preparatory sessions" when he wants privacy.

Furthermore, he demands excellent standards when it comes to "punctuality, work, performance, concentration, conduct on the field" and every player must follow his strict rules no matter their status in the squad.
Barca are back in action on Saturday night when they travel to Las Palmas for an evening kick-off.
