Well known Manchester United fan Mark Goldbridge has made a bold claim about the clubs’ links to Jude Bellingham.
Goldbridge who presents fan channel The United Stand has spoken about the Red Devils’ supposed interest in the Borussia Dortmund midfielder who has been linked to several Premier League clubs.
It was recently revealed that Liverpool have cooled their interest in the race to sign the teenage sensation and reports linking him with a move to Old Trafford have increased.

Like Liverpool, United are keen to strengthen their midfield this summer in a bid to provide Erik ten Hag with the tools he needs to challenge for a league title.
However, Goldbridge was quick to cool the interest and said he doesn’t believe the rumours that are circulating.
What did he say?
Speaking on The United Stand, he said: “I don’t think United offer a secure and viable option to Bellingham and his people.

“It could happen but I don’t think it is. I personally think United are being thrown in like we always are.
”People are going to hate what I’m saying here but I think our name is being thrown in like it has been about numerous players.
“Dortmund are being very clever, they want the best price they can get which they didn’t get from Man City for Erling Haaland.

“I do not think United are in the race for Jude Bellingham. They are still owned by the Glazers and need to sign a striker.”
It’s a bold take from Goldbridge who is known for going viral on social media for his goal reactions and opinions about United.
Whilst it’s a deal the club are more than capable of pulling off financially, their name hasn’t been mentioned up until now which questions whether the speculation is true.
Whoever buys Bellingham is going to have to pay upwards of £100m for him and the priority for Ten Hag is to sign a new striker.

The Red Devils have been linked to Harry Kane and Victor Osmihen who would also cost a lot so it’s unlikely the club will break the bank and sign Bellingham too.
