Reports that claim Real Madrid are set to sign Jude Bellingham are inaccurate, a journalist has claimed.
Madrid are among a group of elite clubs hoping to secure the signature of the Borussia Dortmund midfielder, who has continued to attract interest from across Europe after an impressive World Cup campaign with England.
Bellingham, 19, is under contract with Dortmund until 2025 but is expected to move clubs in the summer transfer window.

Liverpool were thought to be favourites to sign Bellingham, while the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea have also been linked with the former Birmingham City midfielder.
A recent report from the The Sun has claimed that Real Madrid believe they have won the race to sign Bellingham.
The European and Spanish champions are said to be "increasingly confident" that Bellingham will move to the Bernabeu in the summer window instead of returning to English football.
However, journalist Jacque Talbot claims this report is pure speculation and that Bellingham is yet to make a final decision over his future.

"Sources in Germany tell me reports on Jude Bellingham choosing Real are just speculating at this moment," tweeted Talbot.
"He hasn't told anyone in Dortmund yet about his future. No one thinks that he will stay - but people at the club believe he hasn't yet made the final decision."
Where could Bellingham move?
Bellingham has kept tight-lipped about his future as he considers his options.

The Sun claim that "wages are not important" for the midfielder and that his only focus is on what would "benefit him football-wise".
That would seemingly play into the hands of Liverpool, who are unlikely to be able to match the financial might of the likes of City, PSG, Manchester United and Real Madrid.
