Jesse Lingard could leave Nottingham Forest this week, despite the Premier League transfer window being closed, with two huge offers on the table.
Amongst the many signings that Forest made this season, Lingard was perhaps the most surprising of the lot, after leaving Manchester United last summer.
He had long been expected to join West Ham United, where he'd been on loan for six months at the end of the 2020/21 season, to great success.

But instead he chose Steve Cooper's side, penning a reported £200,000-a-week deal for one year at the City Ground, in order to help keep them in the Premier League.
Many felt that Forest couldn't work with so many new signings, especially when they added yet more players in January, including Keylor Navas on loan from PSG.
They have won three of the last five games however, and are currently six points clear of the relegation zone, but Lingard isn't having the effect on the team he might have been hoping for.

The 30-year-old youngster is yet to score or assist a goal in the league and has only started 11 of their 21 games in the league to date.
According to Team Talk, that could be the last of his appearances as well, with both Fenerbahce and Besiktas interested in signing the attacking midfielder.
The report claims that Forest were considering allowing their top earner to leave as early as November, and the two offers could be very interesting to them.

Whilst most of Europe, including the Premier League, saw their transfer window close last week, the window in Turkey is open for a few more days.
Whichever of the two sides he decided to join, it's unlikely that Lingard would be able to get his hands on a Super Lig winner's medal this season.
Fenerbahce are currently in second place in the table, but sit nine points behind rivals Galatasaray, although they do have a game in hand.
He would be able to play in Europe if he picked them, with the club still in the Europa League, having topped their group ahead of Rennes.

At Besiktas, the England international would be a further six points and two positions off the top of the league, and with no European football.
He would be reunited with former national team colleague Dele Alli, who recently put in a Player of the Match performance and shushed the critics, after a previous poor run of form.
