Jamie Carragher believes Everton are the worst run club in the Premier League and maybe even the whole of Europe.
Carragher appeared on the latest episode of Gary Neville's 'The Overlap Fan Debate' alongside Neville and Roy Keane.

When the topic of Everton came up, former Liverpool defender Carragher didn't hold back in his brutal but honest analysis.
He declared: "I think Everton are the worst run club in the country, probably one the worst run in Europe. They have to be. And that's not just because they've spent lots of money and it hasn't worked - that's happened before.
"Some of the things that Everton do, it's unbelievable."

Everton signed three players in the early weeks of January, while they were managed by Rafael Benitez.
Full-back duo Nathan Patterson and Vitaliy Mykolenko arrived on permanent deals, while Anwar El Ghazi joined on loan from Aston Villa with Lucas Digne moving in the opposite direction.
Benitez was sacked weeks later and replaced by Frank Lampard, who was then allowed to snap up Dele Alli from Tottenham Hotspur and loan in Donny van de Beek from Manchester United.
Carragher continued: "When you think about what they did in January - bringing two full-backs in and then sacking the manager a week later.

"Bringing [Anwar] El Ghazi in - what was that all about? They brought El Ghazi in from Aston Villa. A winger. Benitez got him on loan. I don't even know why.
"That's why they've had five or six managers. I think any manager who goes into any football club thinks he's the guy to turn this around. That's why I fear for Frank [Lampard] a little bit, because Everton Football Club right now is not a place that you'd want to go as a manager. There's that much going on around you, it's an absolute mess.
"The owner hasn't got a clue has he? You've obviously got the [Alisher] Usmanov thing right now. But in terms of those players, I said a couple of weeks ago, they're a disgrace."

Everton currently sit 17th in the Premier League table and are three points above the relegation zone.
They're one of the founding members of the Football League and only missed four top-flight seasons in their entire history.
While chatting with an Everton fan in the studio, Carragher admitted: "I think if Everton lose to Burnley, you'll go down."
Everton travel to Turf Moor for that huge relegation six-pointer on April 6.
