Simon Jordan has barreled into Jack Grealish, two footed, studs up, after calling the Manchester City forward an 'alice band wearing charlatan.'
Grealish has certainly split opinion since he became the most expensive British transfer ever in August 2021, costing City a ridiculous £100 million.
That record has since been broken by Enzo Fernandez's move to Chelsea in January, but questions about Grealish's price tag persist, having generally failed to live up to it.

The player himself was open and honest enough earlier in the season to admit that he hasn't lived up to expectations, or how much he cost.
Pundits have been ready to jump on the former Aston Villa captain, with Graeme Souness telling the 27-year-old to not be so 'precious.'
Now Souness' fellow loudmouth on talkSPORT, Jordan, has gone in on the City star, claiming that he doesn't like the way the England international plays football, and heavily criticising him.

"He attracts people. He likes getting physical and taking the hits. He goes over easily, but he gets fouled," Danny Murphy said on the radio in relation to Grealish's ability to win a foul.
Former Crystal Palace owner Jordan wasn't having any of it however, saying, "This Alice band-wearing charlatan irritates me.
"I used to watch football with people like George Best and Pele and Eusebio and Johan Cruyff and Diego Maradona, and even up to Ryan Giggs and Thierry Henry, and they used to go past players.
"They didn’t look to go over players to buy a free-kick, they looked to go past them.

“He doesn’t do that. He leaves his leg in every single challenge, it’s a cynical way of playing. Every challenge. Every single one.
"Jack Grealish does it all the time, he does it more than anyone. He is a £100m footballer that is supposed to go past players, and score goals, and create opportunities, and he doesn’t do it."
Jordan's own colleague at the radio station, former Manchester United and Ipswich Town striker Alan Brazil did hit back at the former Palace owner though.

"Simon, your nose is growing bigger and bigger and bigger," the Scotsman said, "How does he remember watching Pele and Eusebio when I believe he is mid-50s. Who is he kidding?"
It obviously isn't the first time that the 55-year-old has said some controversial things about players, claiming that Anthony Gordon was a rat who should 'get what he deserves.'
Jordan also believes that City should be given the 'ultimate consequences,' if they're found guilty of the financial breaches they've been charged with.
