Ibrahima Konate put in one of the best challenges of the game during Liverpool and Arsenal's brilliant encounter, and it showed the match had changed.
The talk going into Sunday's huge Premier League tie was of Arsenal's failure to win at Anfield since 2012, when manager Mikel Arteta had been in the team.
It was no wonder then, that last season Arteta decided to try and replicate the noise of the ground during training, although it was to no avail.

This time, the Gunners travelled to Merseyside top of the table to face a Liverpool side whose previous week had seen them battered by Manchester City and lucky to comeback from a trip to a very poor Chelsea with a point.

So when Arteta's side took a 2-0 lead in the game, before the half hour mark, and looked like they would easily add to it, they must have been expecting to finally break their streak at the Reds' home ground.
However, Jurgen Klopp's side came roaring back, with Mohamed Salah scoring just before half time, with the goal coming from nowhere and their first shot on target of the 45 minutes.

It must have completely changed the atmosphere in both dressing rooms at half time and then, just after the break, Konate proved the game had changed.
With the visitors trying to start a move out from the back, Granit Xhaka took a slightly heavy touch and the Liverpool defender came smashing into the ball, brilliantly timed and completely legally, setting up an attack for his side.
It impressed a lot of fans and was certainly in stark contrast to his defensive colleague's performances, with Virgil van Dijk heavily criticised in the first half.

"I could watch that Konate tackle all day," said one fan.
"Did anyone else celebrate Konate’s tackle like it was a goal?", added a second, who would have more exciting things to celebrate later on.
The tackle was so good it had a monetary value according to another supporter, who exclaimed, "By the way, that tackle by Konate was worth the entrance fee, the TV licence and the beer tokens alone."
On the comparing the centre back to the other defenders, someone else replied, "Konate is is the only light shining so bright in this Liverpool team right now."

And along the same lines another asked, "How does Van Dijk feel when he’s watching Konate make all those tackles while he’s modeling and fixing his styling gel all game."
"None of this Saliba nonsense, Konate is the best French centre back in the world," a sixth opined, pointing out how ridiculous the World Cup runner up's strength in depth at the back it.
As well as out playing his teammates in defence, Konate could have been the hero upfront as well, narrowly missing the chance to score the winning goal late on.

Instead he had to watch as Aaron Ramsdale became Arsenal's saviour, with a second massive save late in the game, and the two sides had to settle for a draw.
