Jordan Henderson has passionately jumped to Harry Maguire's defence and called out the England fans who booed the defender against Ivory Coast.
The Liverpool midfielder posted a supportive message to the Manchester United man following England's 3-0 win at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday.

He questioned the fans' reaction to Maguire and branded the situation 'wrong' in a post on Twitter.
"I can't get my head around what happened at Wembley tonight," said Henderson.
"Harry Maguire has been a colossus for England.
"Without him, the progress made at the last two tournaments would not have been possible.

"To be booed at his home stadium, for no reason? What have we become? What happened tonight was just wrong. As someone who wants to win with England, I feel fortunate to share a dressing room with him.
"We all feel the same!"
Declan Rice also backed Maguire on social media and labelled fans booing Maguire a 'total embarrassment'.

He also urged supporters to get behind the team ahead of the World Cup later this year.
The West Ham midfielder tweeted: "Total embarrassment from whoever boo’d tonight. @HarryMaguire93 has been incredible every single time he’s put on the England shirt.
"Absolute nonsense now it’s becoming. Back your own players. Especially with a Major tournament coming up."
The hostile reception towards Maguire didn't sit well with Gareth Southgate who hit out at England fans after the match.
