The 29-year-old has ability with the ball at his feet and regularly pinged passes out to the wing-backs with great accuracy.
It's the polar opposite to his performances at Old Trafford, which have often been frantic and lacking in composure.
Supporters have had their say and they're starting to think they've been too harsh on Maguire.
One commented: "Only people who follow internet narratives don't rate him he's genuinely good."

England did slip to their first defeat against Hungary in 60 years after Reece James was judged to have fouled Zsolt Nagy inside the penalty area.
Dominik Szoboszlai stepped up to fire past Jordan Pickford and seal all three points inside the Puskas Arena.
Southgate was unhappy with the penalty decision in his post-match interview and called it 'harsh'.
He told Channel 4: "I think it’s harsh. You see challenges like that in the box where he has just gone across to get his body between him and the ball and the forward just makes a meal of it.
"But away from home, sometimes you are going to get those calls."
